Many retail businesses use a loyalty program to help them build consumer loyalty and potentially increase sales. This year we have helped one of our clients, Onroute Truckstops, successfully launch a new loyalty app to help their business achieve that same goal.
From naming and branding the new scheme, to rolling out a cohesive and impactful multi-media marketing campaign, our team was involved every step of the way.
We worked closely with our client’s chosen loyalty scheme provider to develop creative assets for the app, ensuring brand consistency and clear messaging throughout.

Growing the number of customers using the app, and converting these to advocates of the loyalty scheme, will help achieve our client’s ultimate goal of building loyalty and increasing sales across their four sites.
We are now working to ensure that customers use the loyalty app on a regular basis by offering a variety of ongoing offers and incentives. Looking ahead, we will continue to monitor outcomes across the board to ensure we achieve the best possible results for Onroute Truckstops.
