Willow Chiropractic is a successful chiropractic practice with clinics throughout the South West. They approached ie to help them take their marketing to the next level and generate more new patient enquiries.

We started by finding out about Willow; how they worked, why their patients use them and the benefits of their services.
Willow offer modern, light and airy clinics alongside highly qualified practitioners. However, Willow’s brand and marketing didn’t reflect this and their website wasn’t generating the new patient enquiries they needed.
We used the information we’d gathered to inform a cohesive strategy and shape a new website, as well as laying the foundation for new sales literature, site signage and stationery.
The results
Improving engagement with the website was critical, so Willow were thrilled that online enquiries tripled after launching their newly branded site. The website now gets 43% more organic traffic than their old site and has a reduced bounce rate.
